Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Asvoro Ltd ("Asvoro", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through asvoro.store and in the course of providing our marketplace management services, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Asvoro Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our company number is 17539815 and our registered office is Unit A1520, Siu Office, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF. You can contact us about privacy at info@asvoro.store.
2. The data we collect
- Enquiry details you send us by email or phone, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, marketplace and message.

- Billing information such as invoicing details and payment records.
- Technical data such as your browser's display preference (light or dark mode), stored only on your own device.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- To provide, manage and report on the services you have engaged us for (performance of a contract).
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To improve our services and keep our systems secure (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Buyer data on your marketplace accounts
When we manage your eBay or Etsy store, we may process your customers' personal data (for example, names and delivery addresses on orders) on your behalf. In that case you remain the data controller and we act as your processor, handling that data only on your instructions and only for the purpose of managing your store.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only where necessary, with trusted service providers such as email, hosting and accounting providers, and with the marketplaces you ask us to manage. We may also disclose data where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our team members or service providers may be located outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months if you do not become a client. Client and billing records are kept for as long as our relationship continues and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet legal and tax requirements.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@asvoro.store. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
