These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of asvoro.store and the marketplace management services provided by Asvoro Ltd ("Asvoro", "we", "us"). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Asvoro Ltd is a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 17539815, with its registered office at Unit A1520, Siu Office, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London, E1 5NF.

2. Our services

We provide eBay and Etsy marketplace management services, which may include account management, product listing, SEO optimization, inventory management, customer support, order processing, consulting and store setup. The exact scope, plan and fees for your engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• You remain the owner of your marketplace accounts, brand, products and data at all times.
• You are responsible for providing accurate product information and for the legality, safety and authenticity of the items you sell.
• You agree to grant us only the access needed to deliver the services, and you may withdraw that access at any time.
• You remain responsible for complying with eBay and Etsy policies, and with consumer, tax and other laws that apply to your business.

4. Fees and payment

Monthly plans are billed in advance in pounds sterling. Prices shown on our website are a guide and the fee agreed in writing for your engagement applies. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. We may pause services if payment is overdue.

5. No lock-in and cancellation

Our monthly plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@asvoro.store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing month. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable unless we have failed to provide the services.

6. Results

We work hard to grow your sales, but marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including marketplace algorithms, policy changes, competition and demand. We therefore do not guarantee any specific level of sales, ranking or revenue.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Where we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, we act as your data processor.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or indirect losses, or for actions taken by eBay, Etsy or other third parties.

9. Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. eBay and Etsy are trademarks of their respective owners; Asvoro is an independent agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either marketplace.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
